Before the Epsteins purchased their Epoch condo, they sold their three-story Harbor Acres home last year for $6.1 million. And it turns out they miss it. As luck would have it, they got a text from their ex-next-door neighbor who told them their old spot was going to be listed. Dawn misses the dolphins and the manatees that would come visit while she sat among the trees and the birds, so they made an offer and it stuck.
“We love it here but my wife has missed our old back yard, so what an amazing alignment of the stars that it wasn’t an email saying “‘You wouldn’t believe what your old place went for,’” says Mitchell.
“We’re up here with the biggest view in Sarasota and the old house is down on the ground with nature,” Dawn says.
“We wouldn’t have left this for any other home.”
